As a graduate of a top-tier Pharmacy University in Vietnam, Master of Pharmacy Nguyen Thi Minh Phuong possesses in-depth knowledge and extensive experience in the pharmaceutical field. She has participated in numerous research projects on medicinal plants, including one presented at an international conference. With her high expertise in product research, particularly natural-based products, she is currently a leading consultant at DK Pharma.

RESEARCH WORK

Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Phuong, a Master of Pharmacy, has been actively involved in scientific research alongside faculty members from the Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry and the Department of Pharmaceutical Technology since her time at Hanoi University of Pharmacy. She has received specialized training in pharmaceutical formulation and product development.

With 10 years of experience in research and product development, Ms. Phuong has participated in numerous research projects, including:

  • A study on the chromatographic fingerprint method (TLC, HPLC) to evaluate the quality of Danshen herb (2011)
  • Research on the formulation of a three-component nasal spray for the treatment of sinusitis, rhinitis, and allergic rhinitis (2012)
  • Research on the formulation of tobramycin and dexamethasone eye drops (2013)
  • Research on the formulation of pentoxifylline injection (2015)
  • Research on a berberine-containing preparation without bitterness and its manufacturing process (2015)

Notably, the research on pentoxifylline injection was presented at the 1st ASEAN Pharmaceutical Research and Training Network International Conference in Bangkok, Thailand in 2015. The research on a bitterless berberine-containing preparation and its manufacturing process was awarded a patent by the Ministry of Science and Technology – National Office of Intellectual Property under Patent No. 22834 on December 10, 2019.
