- Established in 2001 under Decision No. 1633/QD-BYT issued by the Minister of Health, Duoc Khoa Pharmaceutical Company, a state-owned enterprise, was tasked with bridging the gap between academic research and commercial products. - Our company is a pilot enterprise of Hanoi University of Pharmacy, established in accordance with the government's policy of "Experimenting with the Business Model in Administrative and Public Service Units.
On August 19, 2002, Duoc Khoa Pharmaceutical Company was officially established as a State-owned Enterprise, receiving registration certificate number 113497. The company's primary focus is to translate the research findings from Hanoi University of Pharmacy into practical applications, producing and commercializing pharmaceutical raw materials and medicines for disease prevention and treatment, all in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
On June 30, 2010, the Ministry of Health issued Decision No. 2334/QĐ-BYT to convert the company from a state-owned enterprise to a Limited Liability Company with 100% state capital
Following the government's corporatization initiative, DK Pharma Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Hanoi University of Pharmacy, successfully completed its transformation into a joint-stock company on August 22, 2016. Pharm.D. Nguyen Truong Giang was appointed as the company's General Director and legal representative.
- The Ministry of Health officially transferred the Pharmaceutical Company Limited - Hanoi University of Pharmacy to the Dược Khoa Joint Stock Company. - Established a branch in Bac Ninh Province. - Commenced construction of a GMP-WHO compliant factory. - Expanded into the Southern market, establishing a representative office in Ho Chi Minh City.
- Duoc Khoa Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company officially opened its Luong Son Branch on March 24, 2021. - Construction of a new manufacturing facility in Luong Son, Hoa Binh is currently underway.

DK Pharma Project Division, formerly the Project Department of Duoc Khoa Pharmaceutical Company – Hanoi University of Pharmacy, was established in 2012. Under the leadership of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Van On, a renowned scientist with 25 years of experience in researching Vietnamese plants and medicinal herbs, author of 77 scientific publications and numerous community development activities, DK Pharma Project Division has been dedicated to the following mission:
