Honor for Corporate Culture Development

In 2018, the Prime Minister issued Decision 248/QD-TTg to establish an Organizing Committee for the campaign “Building a Vietnamese Corporate Culture”. After three years of implementation, DK Pharma has consistently conducted regular internal corporate culture training, focusing on developing and perfecting a code of conduct that adheres to the six core cultural pillars of the DK Pharma culture system: Science, Integrity, Cooperation, Courage, Creativity, and Proactivity. This has helped to shape the culture and people of DK Pharma in the new era.

DK Pharma has also made efforts to assist, train, and guide community-based cooperatives and businesses in mountainous and remote areas to form value chains for joint development, integration, and global reach.

Due to these active activities in implementing corporate culture building, on November 28, 2021, DK Pharma was honored to receive a Certificate of Merit from the Organizing Committee for its efforts in 2021.
