From December 22 to 25, 2023, Duoc Khoa Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company organized a training course to enhance the capabilities of its management team and key employees across the entire DK Pharma system.
The training program focused on key topics such as “Change Management,” “Quality Culture; ISO, GPs in Distribution,” and “Building BSC-KPI,” aiming to equip employees with the necessary knowledge and skills to meet the company’s development needs in the new phase.
At the opening of the training course, General Director Nguyen Truong Giang emphasized the importance of innovation in an increasingly competitive environment. He shared statistics showing the high failure rate of businesses after a period of operation, analyzing the causes and providing solutions for sustainable existence and development.
During the training, Associate Professor Dr. Tran Van On once again affirmed: “Non Progredi est Regredi – Not to advance is to regress,” emphasizing the need for the company and each individual to move forward constantly: “Each person in their position, doing their job well, and cooperating well with each other to contribute to the company’s progress, thereby contributing a small part to the overall development of the pharmaceutical industry in Vietnam.”
In his lecture, Associate Professor Dr. Tran Van On guided the company’s key executives through the 9-step process of building BSC/KPI. He emphasized: “Setting goals and strategies must be based on the evaluation of BSC (Balanced Scorecard) so that strategic goals are balanced with each other based on the causal relationship of 4 components: capacity development (4), Operational Management (3), Customers and Market (2), Finance (1) in which the first thing is to have goals aimed at developing and improving the internal capacity of the enterprise, thereby promoting and enhancing the management capacity of operations, these will help improve and enhance customer satisfaction and satisfaction, then we will achieve financial goals. That’s when it’s balanced.”
In terms of quality, Quality Director Hoang Sy Duong updated employees on new regulations and emphasized the “quality culture.” He stated that building a “quality mindset” is the key to maintaining the quality of the company’s products and services.
At the end of the training course, participants were equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to enhance their capabilities and contribute to the overall development of the DK Pharma System.
